Greek Salad

Yields

~4-5 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup loosely chopped yellow peppers
  • 1 cup loosely chopped sweet onions
  • 1 cup loosely chopped radishes 
  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl
  • Toss together
  • Enjoy with a yummy greek burger or on it's own!
