- 1/2 cup chopped apple (frozen is best)
- 1/2 cup chopped pear (frozen is best)
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 handful of chopped kale
- 1 centimeter piece of fresh ginger
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- ice to taste if fruit is not frozen
- Add all the ingredients, apart from the ice, into a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until combined.
- Add in the ice and pulse the blender a few times.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
