Green Detox Smoothie


Yields

1 large drink

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped apple (frozen is best)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pear (frozen is best)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 handful of chopped kale
  • 1 centimeter piece of fresh ginger
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • ice to taste if fruit is not frozen

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients, apart from the ice, into a blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until combined.
  3. Add in the ice and pulse the blender a few times.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
