As a Holistic Health Coach, I work with smart, busy people who want to feel their best and reduce their stress, but aren’t quite sure how to get there on their own. Individuals who don’t have hours to spend shopping for and cooking food, or time to devote to consuming exercise programs.
I create space and a supportive environment that enables you to first explore, articulate and then achieve your wellness goals through actionable bite-sized changes that when they add up enable you to feel vibrant, confident in your own skin and see how amazing life can be when you feel fantastic!
Most approaches to wellness dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, along with spending hours in the gym. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, good and bad foods, and rigid exercise regimes. I coach my clients to explore basic improvements to all aspects of life: food, physical activity, relationships, career, stress management, and others, implementing gradual changes during our work together.
We work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation. In my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
