Garlic Dijon Halibut

  • 2 5-6.5 oz. pieces of halibut
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to tast


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl
  3. Place halibut on a foil lined baking sheet
  4. Spoon Dijon and garlic mixture over fish
  5. Bake 12-15 mins until fish is cooked through
  6. Enjoy with a salad and side vegetable like brussels sprouts or asparagus for a delicious meal!
